Back Yard Beauty

The River Path that has become my escape.

Saco river is about 200ft from the back door.

The hen house

These two are never happy with me when I come in to fetch me an egg. I imagine them squacking "Get outta my house!"

Just what I came for :)

The hen house in the back yard. The six lovely ladies who reside there keep the eggs coming day after day

Ditto

I think we can all agree with this.

The states

I wanted to get all the states we went through but those of you who know me know that I'm a bit of a sleeper in the car so I missed the first 4.

Sayonara

The Maine
attraction

Dad and Grandma came to see us off and take us to our truck.

Grandma C was a trooper the whole night. 78 years young and still knows how to hang with the girls.

The group that rallied together to send me on my way.

Montana's beauty

Browning Montana looking back at Glacier park. Its a beautiful view for such a shit hole of a town.
I sure will miss those mountains.

The Move

After being a Northwest girl for my whole life, I decided to pack up and leave it all behind.
We finally got on the road around 11:30 Tuesday morning 4/6/09. We were hoping for an earlier start but the rental company was taking their precious time coming to do the move out inspection.
